So, I slacked a lot the last month or so. On a diet for four days and lost a pound. I am aiming to lose twelve more pounds and be happy at 130.
Trying to focus on gaining some muscle. I felt like my arms wee losing what they had, and that made me sad. Going hard.
One more month and ill have time for kickboxing again, can’t wait!
And one month til Color Me Rad!!
so, this year there will be a color run near me! yes!

Success. I finished the 5 mile race. It wasn’t a crazy awesome time, but I finished nonetheless. On Thanksgiving Day, I will run the Turkey Trot (10 K). Afterward, I will obviously eat the whole house. I’m moving on up in the world. By the summer I will run a half marathon. NO “IF’S” OR “BUT’S” ABOUT IT!

So -my kickboxing membership is up… I don’t want to renew it right now because I have a hard time getting there with school…
Therefore - today was my second day of Insanity. I puked in my mouth a little, yuck. It was a good work out though
Since the last time I posted, I continued to work out 3x per week but they haven’t been as intense as they were in the summer. It just doesn’t seem like I have enough time. I am getting back into it though, and I am going to try to remain into it. So far I have worked out Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I plan to Friday and Saturday as well… I only have two classes next semester, so hopefully it’ll be easier for me to keep up with it.
Quick update.
I am slacking with my blog, I am slacking with my exercise, but I am beasting with my school work.
I need to at least start beasting with my exercise again. I have still been working out 3x per week, but I need 4-5x.
5 mile race in a few hours. Pumped. I got this. In the meantime, homework!
In the beginning of the race it is hilly and then it calms down. It’s a pretty flat, relaxing race.
